“列车因此无法继续行驶，空调系统和洗手间也无法使用，”发言人表示，“我们紧急采取了转运措施，将乘客从故障列车转移到另一列列车，这一操作既复杂又耗时。”
乘客在闷热车厢中苦等，当地政府紧急协助
为缓解乘客的不适，工作人员打开车门通风并发放饮用水。加来省政府随后发布通报称，当地民防人员（Protection civile）赶到现场，对乘客展开安抚与应急处理。
一名乘客因中暑不适被送往加来医院，其余乘客身体状况良好。官方强调，事故未影响其他列车运行，其他线路仍保持正常通行。
