他要降息就是为了赖账，少还债，胡乱拿房贷说事。
房贷都是看长债，降了利率也主要影响短债，长债可能更贵，都要赖账了市场自然会要求更高的利息作为补偿。

你不知道fed可以买进，卖出吗。长期利率如果太高的话，fed可以自己买进债券，降低利率。fed只要降息，其他机构老老实实跟着fed。美国信誉破产那是你认为。你可以投资其他国家债券。
