他们自己网站上的free plan 用的是 AT&T 网络，只有 每月10min/10txt/25MB. 网站上的其他手机计划也都是AT&T 网络。

Walmart网站上还有一个隐藏的free plan, 用的是T-Mobile网络，Premium SIM, no more VoIP. 每月300min/1000txt/100MB. 只能网上买，只能寄到家里，不能退货。
SIM card $10 + shipping. 月费$0.00+tax. 有人披露自己在OH, MO, AZ, NC, NJ, CO, KS, TX, WI 每月完全是$0. （不负责准确性）

每月300分钟对于绝大多数人的个人用途来说（对于商业用途，请另选方案）肯定够了，因为这基本是拿来接电话的。打电话绝大多数情况都可以连上Wi-Fi使用Google Voice or TextNow etc, 少量情况下可以打开数据流量然后使用GV or TextNow. 在商家买东西肯定留的是GV or TextNow 号码。

Plan Info: 300 Minutes, 1000 Texts, 100 MB per month on T-Mobile's network -- $0/month

A VoLTE-capable smartphone is required for use. The SIM will generally not work in a non-VoLTE device (exceptions are possible).
The 100 MB data is hard capped.
5G is supported.
Wi-Fi calling is supported (may require chatting to support to enable, minutes are still deducted).
Free calls to Canada are included.
The phone number is a proper "mobile" number (not a VOIP number) and so should work fine for things like banking 2-factor authentication.
During activation, if you previously had FreedomPop service, you may need to register with a different email address if you get an error.

For automatic renewal of the free plan, a payment method must be kept on file (prepaid Visa / MasterCard gift cards apparently work, as do virtual cards of $1) and automatic payment must be enabled. Note that you may see monthly charges for 911 fees depending on your state, but it seems these billing charges aren't actually passed on to the payment method (your card is never actually charged).

Additional data packages can be added on (note that tax may be added to the amounts below):
$2 for 100 MB good for 30 days
$5 for 250 MB good for 30 days
$15 for 1 GB good for 30 days


You could ask FP customer care to turn off the voicemail because it counts towards minute.
Press and hold “1” on your phone dial panel to get access to visual voicemail.

VoIP is no longer the primary method for voice calls. Voice calls now work the same as any other provider. However, VoIP is still an option for unlimited calling with FreedomPop’s free plan or plans with only 250 cellular voice minutes.

Keep in mind that at least one phone call using your FreedomPop number must be made every 60 days to keep your line active on a free plan. Furthermore, FreedomPop may charge a 1¢ line maintenance fee to your credit card for inactivity.

Walmart Freedompop Premium SIM 寄到了，T-Mobile network。
用了三天，信号不错，在两格到满格之间，大部分时间三格以上。
接打电话、收发短信都没有问题。目前为止没有漏接电话。通话声音很清晰。T-Mobile 信号好的地方完全可以用。
数据流量只有100MB，就没有测下载速度了。
现在这个手机上的数据流量用的是免费的Dent eSIM。
唯一没搞清楚的是到底会不会 Auto Top-Up。账号里面放了个余额$2的 Visa Gift Card. 看看到底能免费用多久。
前期投入$10，下个月的续费现在显示的确实是$0.00（并不是每个州都是$0）。

Owner已经变成Red Pocket了，现在大家的普遍反馈是Walmart Plan没有乱收费。
而且现在就算他想乱收费，也收不到了

根据Reddit反馈，Walmart free plan 没有 Auto Top-Up, 都是hard capped. 所有的限额用完就没了，需要手动add on. 这就基本解决了乱收费的问题。
【注意：FreedomPop 自己网站上的那个AT&T 10min/10text/25MB free plan是有 Auto-Top的，千万不能用】
