伊朗油气资源丰富，绝大部分原油储藏于伊朗南部胡泽斯坦地区，以
及波斯湾。天然气主要分布在胡泽斯坦地区和南帕尔斯地区。截至2019年
底，伊朗已探明石油储量1556亿桶，约214亿吨，占世界总储量的9%，居
世界第四位。截至2017年底，已探明天然气储量为33.5万亿立方米，位居
世界第二位，占全球天然气总储量的17%，截至2019年底，液态天然气产
量为日均55.5万桶。自2018年美国重启制裁以来，伊朗石油产量大幅下滑，
截至2019年底，石油年产量约1.608亿吨，年增长率为负28.4%，原油和凝
析油日均生产298万桶，年增长率为负30%。2019年12月，伊朗石油产量
跌至190万桶/天，出口13.3万桶/天。2020年3月，伊朗原油装船量降至16
万桶/天。拜登当选美国总统后，伊朗石油产量和出口量逐渐回升。2020年
3月以来，伊朗原油出口量增至60万～70万桶/天。伊朗政府计划新财年每
天开采450万桶原油和凝析油，每天石油出口增加到230万桶。
伊朗不仅是石油、天然气资源大国，也是世界上矿产最丰富的国家之
一，素有“世界矿产博物馆”之美誉。已探明各种矿产68种，探明储量380亿
吨，占世界总储量的7%，居世界第15位，同时拥有潜在矿产储量超过580
亿吨。伊朗已开采矿种56个，年矿产量1.5亿吨，占总储量的0.55%，占全
球矿产品总产量的1.2%。锌矿石储量2.3亿吨，居世界第一位；铜矿石储
量33亿吨，约占世界总储量的4％，居世界第三位；铁矿石47亿吨，居世
界第十位。其他已探明主要矿产品有：煤炭（21亿吨）、铬（1500万吨）、
锰（360万吨）、钛（2.5亿吨）、铀（5000吨）、石膏（17亿吨）、石灰石（72
亿吨）、装饰石材（30亿吨）、建筑石材（38亿吨）、明矾石（10亿吨）、磷
酸盐（1650万吨）、长石（100万吨）、硅（200万吨）、石棉（7000万吨）
和珍珠岩（1750万吨）等。其中，铜、锌和铬铁矿均为极具开采价值的富
矿，品位分别高达8%、20%和45%。除此之外，伊朗还有一定的黄金、钴、
锶、钼、硼、高岭土、斑脱土、氟、白云石、云母、硅藻土和重晶石等矿
物储藏。
伊朗矿藏广泛分布在全国各地，从北部的东阿塞拜疆省到南部的霍

尔姆兹海峡都有矿藏储备。矿产资源比较丰富集中的省份主要有伊斯法
罕、胡泽斯坦、克尔曼、亚兹德、霍拉桑拉扎维、哈马丹、赞詹和东阿
塞拜疆等。目前，伊朗投入开采的矿山约2886个，国营约343个，私营
约2543个。比较重要的国有大型矿山包括“四大国有铁矿”（古哈尔•赞
密、戈尔•格哈尔、查多尔•马鲁、三甘•马尔卡兹）；松贡、萨尔切什梅和
梅杜克等大型露天铜矿；安古兰锌矿，佳疆姆铝矿等。
此外，还有大量的锰、锑、铅、硼、重晶石、大理石等矿产资源。
