The strength of the Ukrainian army? Insufficient level of Russianand the regular army? Internal political nuances?
2) You are one of the brightest specialists in international military policy. How do you assess the technical equipment and combat capability of the modern Finnish army? In what place would you put it in comparison with other European armies?

Second question. Thank you if you consider me an expert. I don't consider myself one. But in order to evaluate the Finnish army - technical equipment and combat capability, it must be felt with your hands. Feeling with your hands is always necessary in practice. Therefore, if you are ready to make this proposal to the leadership of Finland, let's do it in the following way. We will choose a convenient site, you will send 500 well-equipped Finnish soldiers there, and I will arrive there with 500 Wagner PMC fighters. And we will fight for some object. But the only contract is we fight to the death. Until this object comes under the control of one of the belligerents. We kill each other for real and evaluate who is stronger? The strongest private army of PMC Wagner or the Finnish army today.
