加州，因为住习惯了alt168 写了： 2025年 5月 10日 11:42 最近用各种AI 查了一下，主要是用 no state income tax, property tax cost, home insurance cost, auto insurance cost, disaster, 好像 NEVADA 还好。
从舒适宜人，不考虑生活成本，对移民友好，加州最好。
佛罗里达，从 property tax, home insurance cost, auto insurance cost, disaster, hospitality against china, though no income tax, basically the answer is no.

没呢，不需要学区房，也不需要大房子，价格应该还好吧：）
加州这边的CPA对住两个州避税都挺了解的，我这种算好的。还有不少实际上基本都在加州住着，在Nevada买个房子，时不时的住几天，就claim nevada residency了
我这么想是当年工作面试的时候碰到一个女孩子，说她父母退休了，就是这么安排的，羡慕很多年了
