We received an update from our international calling partner regarding the issue with calls to China.
After investigating, they confirmed that your number has been blocked by China Telecom's spam and fraud prevention systems. Unfortunately, these filters are controlled entirely by the receiving carrier and local regulations, so we are unable to remove or override the block from our end.
China Telecom applies strict anti-fraud measures to international calls, and calls may be blocked based on factors such as repeated call attempts, call patterns, or other criteria determined by their automated systems. Because of these restrictions, successful international calling to China cannot be guaranteed by any international carrier.
For the best chance of successful calls in the future, our partner recommends:

Avoid making repeated calls from the same number within a short period.
Avoid very short calls (under 3 minutes).
Ensure calls originate from your assigned US Mobile number and not from any modified or spoofed caller ID.We understand this is frustrating, but at this time there are no additional changes we can make from our end, as the restriction is being enforced by the destination carrier.
