這是一個以時間和機油髒度算出來的值。最好是看看機油是不是很黑了。如果很黑就該換。不那麽黑又沒低於 min 格就照開不誤。

我的确感觉车厂设计师屎翻墙得，机油还有tmd %设定，这不是脱裤屁放么。我估计不是棒车就是日系

我前几天还看到youtube上一博主爆料凯美瑞因为按车子自动提示换油，发动机油垢太多，不得不换掉。他强烈提醒最多半年一换。合成油也一样，因为新车本来就是合成油。

正解！如果本来油位正常，再加engine oil的话，会有机油过满的危险（以前听car talk听到的）。当然了，如果引擎习惯性漏油，那就如楼上所说，随车带着机油，随缺随加。

My car is a 2012 Cruze, eco trim level, with a 1.4L gasoline turbo engine, 6 speed manual transmission, 42 mpg/highway.
the owner manual states:
7,500 mile (normal or severe driving condition) or one year, whichever come first, change oil.
there is also a oil indicator on the dashboard, showing the oil percentage.
The oil requires full synthetic, 5w-30, with a Dexos 1 logo.
I have been changing oil for this car since 2012, now the car mileage is 66K. Engine is running well. I have not driven too much, I never drive more than 7,500 mile an year, so I change the oil annually. Also the oil indicator on dashboard never got to below 40%.

The oil color cannot use as the indicatior to change oil.
follow your car manual.

this indicates that your engine is losing oil, you need to find the cause of losing oil and address it ASAP.

那肯定不是换的不够，那是因为换的劣质合成机油。机油还真就要那几个大牌子，这玩意你看着没技术含量，但是杂牌的就是不行。
