textnow att 5G physical sim not recognized by some Iphones

all my 4 textnow att 5G physical sim cards can not recognized by my Iphone SE 2020 and Iphone13(MLML3LL/A), but can be recognized my Iphone 13(MMM63LL/A) and by my android phones

the earlier textnow Tmobile sim was OK for my IPhone SE

My iphone 13 (MLML3LL/A) is unlocked.

I was wondering if any of you see similar issue?
Is this a bug for textnow att 5G sim? any solution to fix?

Textnow physical sim didn’t work on my old iPhone X. Still needs Wi-Fi to call/text. Asked their customer service and they couldn’t figure out why.
