@foxbat, thanks again for your inputs. Really want to get a Charger. the test drive impresses me a lot, it drives like a solid rock on highway -- but after thinking about other drivers in the family, I decided to go with Santa Fe because it has all safety features for junior drivers. Santa Fe is more of a normal SUV for daily use. I will miss the Charger which has a such great discount as of now.foxbat

The 2023 Santa Fe SEL AWD I bought was a loaner car. Since it is Hyundai Certified, so it has the original warranty. It has about 8000 miles on it but looks like new inside and outside. The final Sale price is $24,000 (down from $26500 with the original MSRP of $36,000) + $1000 (installed protections that dealer demands). Got the dealer matched with the Carmax price for the trade-in of my 2017 Subaru Legacy. I will miss the old legacy - it drives so smoothly in snowy days with nice handling for normal daily use. But it is the time to move on.

次新车 with 8k miles on it. (it was used as a loaner car at dealer, so technically (by law), it is not new) On the other hand - it's dealer certified - CPO - so it has all the original manufacture warranty (subtracting 1 yr/8k miles used). Otherwise, if you buy a used Hyundai car without CPO then you do not have 10yr/100k-miles powertrain warranty. Incentive wise, it's case by case. Do use Cargurus to see what's the "great deal" price for the model/trim you are looking for and go to a dealer to negotiate. normally, those cars will be on sale $8-10k off MRSP. 1. check Carfax to filter out cars with an accident 2. go ask for $2k off their sale price....
Subaru resale value is not bad from my experience (lose about $11-12k for 8 years use with 53k miles on it). Off cause, nowadays most of used cars are overpriced to some degree (if a car was bought before the Covid time).wolf_north_1234 写了: 2024年 11月 8日 00:11 我认为你的苏八路不错。

Did you have the battery issue and have it changed by Subaru? Mine had a battery issue which constantly drains out due to old software trying to link to 2/3G signal. Subaru has sort of recall on it (change battery and software update) just in case you did not know.
18:24 Did you have the battery issue and have it changed by Subaru?
