你这不是胡扯么,invoice price = window sticker (MSRP)+dest fee+ doc+ttl, 怎么会不一样,那个dealer都是一样,如果不一样当然是option 不一样导致window sticker不一样,大部分厂家的option都比tesla多样化啊。 如果dealer按你们推崇的tesla模式就是这样卖啊,你们不干啊,非要天天让人match 来match去,你自己本身想去打烂泥仗就别怪搞得一身烂泥

提车前发现车并没有停在parking lot,而在露天show room. 毕竟136mile,签约前,我们仔细察看外部四周,除了有些灰并无大碍,sale会清洗,试驾没问题。谁知一星期后发现后尾箱塑料全裂了,裂的地方如图,当时买车的时候,第三排立起来了,cargo net正好挡住了,回家一星期后拆下net,才发现。当天去找dealer,他不认,说他们不会卖这种车,并且说修好要500+。我一直强调你卖我的时候就是坏的,他说“你就是要免费修车” 感觉被侮辱了。我不是来修车的我买的是新车,我要退车。经理开始扯皮,一副我们拿他没办法的样子,我说要去找总部。你去吧,他说。
首先要澄清,买车直到发现问题,我们没用过后尾箱,第三排没坐过人,不是我们损坏的。每天上班路程两mile不到。

可能的情况:
1。车子卖给我们的时候就是坏的。如果当时我们发现问题,他很可能说他们也不知道怎么回事;反之,只要卖出去没烂在手里,问题抛出去了,他们就赚了。
2。他们不知情,因为是新owner of dealer,也是刚接手的,可能他们接手时车就这样了。
3。至于为什么我们没发现,第三排本身是立起来的,方便体验。cargo net 挂在上面完全挡住了,而且是空心的,视线上会觉得它是透明一般存在。新车根本没考虑这么大一个乌龙;车已经试过了,第三排也升起来了。

I bought a new Hyundai car and got scammed, it's a huge scam. Please help me.

Dealer A had a new car with 16 miles, a reasonable price, located 45 minutes away from me. Dealer B, located 10 minutes away, was willing to beat A's price. I asked B for $500 off to place the order immediately, but B refused. After thinking at home, I decided closer is better. The next day, I asked B about the car's mileage and was told it was 136 miles. I felt it was too high and asked B to find a car with lower mileage, but was directly refused. They only had that one car, so I gave up. Surprisingly, B was willing to offer a $500 discount afterwards, then manager C called me and offered only $250 off (including a door deduction). I said I would go to A to buy unless they give me $500 off. C refused to budge, and tried to threaten and lure me by saying, "Are you also going to get your service done at A?" He prioritized serving his own customers. I was firm in my attitude and eventually hung up. Half an hour later, manager D called me, with a sincere and friendly attitude, saying they had just changed owners and were very willing to do business with me, offering $600 off. After much thought, I decided to accept.

Before picking up the car, I found it was not parked in the parking lot but in an outdoor showroom. With 136 miles, before signing the contract, we carefully inspected the exterior all around. Besides some dirt, there were no major issues, which the salesperson promised to clean up and test drive. However, a week later, I discovered that the plastic on the rear trunk was completely cracked. The cracks are shown in the picture. At the time of purchasing the car, the third row was upright, and the cargo net was blocking the view. It was only after I got home and removed the net a week later that I noticed the damage. When I went back to the dealer that day, they denied it, saying they wouldn't sell a car like that and that fixing it would cost over $500. I kept emphasizing that it was already damaged when they sold it to me. They said, "You just want a free repair." I felt insulted. I didn't come here to have a car repaired; I bought a new car, and I want to return it. The manager started to evade responsibility, acting as if we couldn't do anything about it. I said I would go to the headquarters. "Go ahead," he said.

First of all, it should be clarified that we didn't use the rear trunk until we noticed the problem. The third row had never been occupied; it was not our damage. We only drive less than two miles to work every day.

Possible scenarios:
1. The car was sold to us already damaged. If we had noticed the problem at the time, they would likely claim they didn't know what happened. Otherwise, as long as they sold it without the damage showing, they would profit.
2. They were unaware, as it was a new owner of the dealership, who had just taken over. It's possible the car was already like that when they took over.
3. As for why we didn't notice, the third row was initially upright to facilitate the experience. The cargo net hanging above completely blocked the view, and being hollow, it gave the impression of being transparent. The new car didn't consider such a big mistake; the car had already been tested, and the third row had been raised.
4. Quality issue with the car; the plastic in the damaged area was very thin.

Shouldn't the cargo net accessory be inside the packaging? How did it end up installed? Looking at other cars in the lot, their rear trunks were clean.

I have already contacted Hyundai and am awaiting a resolution.

My request is to return the car or exchange it for the same new car.
Please help if you have any ideas or experience.

这本来就是销售策略,有很多厂商也接受你自己上网配乞丐版然后你去dealer那里提车,有什么奇怪呢,问题很简单,你们吹的tesla销售模式只是满足你们心里的魔,就是大家一个价钱买我不会是吃亏的那个。但是到了dealer那里你们的心魔又来了,我一定要比别人买的更便宜,为啥,你为啥不要求按invoice price买呢
但是tesla魔高一丈,人家直接一年降价20%,车还是更好了。让你们的二手车跌的和狗屎一样

你这个讲法就是胡搅蛮缠啊,dealer得价格很多都是很透明的,你不肯买哪个透明价格,比如很多都是invoice price然后减去厂商rebate,再给一点dealer discount, 但是你不买账啊,你非要人家再便宜点是不是。这才是不满意得所在么,如果大家都按网上价格买不久透明了么,你这个不透明就是dealer不把自己破产价告诉你,所以不够透明,是这意思么
